St. Joseph shares family faith formation opportunities with our Family of Parishes: Our Lady of the Woods, Sacred Heart, St. Cyprian, St. Joseph, St. Roch and St. Timothy. Kids and families are invited to attend sessions at any church in our family!

2023-2024 FAITH FORMATION SCHEDULE - Family Catechesis and Weekly Monday sessions
St. Joseph hosts 2 family faith formation options for elementary age children: Monthly Family Catechesis, and traditional Weekly gatherings.
- Monthly Family Catechesis invites the whole family to gather once a month for a shared family meal and a family faith formation lesson. Kids have workbooks to complete lessons at home for the weeks of the month when we don’t gather as a group. St. Joseph hosts Family Catechesis on Sundays from 11:30-1:30pm following 10:30 Mass.
- Traditional Weekly faith formation sessions for elementary age kids are offered in St. Joseph School on Mondays at 6:15pm.
Middle-school students are invited to attend Edge. Edge is a fun, engaging formation opportunity that invites kids to think through their faith and spirituality for their own lives with small-group-faith-sharing. Edge is hosted at Sacred Heart, Grosse Ile or shared
